Core911 is priced as an annual agency plan — a single flat rate that covers the full platform for all dispatchers and supervisors at the agency. There are no per-seat fees, no module unlocking costs, and no surprise charges for features that should be standard. Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans are available for agencies of every size.
Premium add-on modules are available for agencies that need capabilities beyond the core platform: advanced analytics, custom reporting, and integrations with existing CAD and HR systems. Add-ons are priced separately and can be added to any plan.
Government procurement is supported. Core911 accepts purchase orders, provides W-9 and DUNS documentation, and can work with agencies on sole-source justification language for grant-funded procurement. Agencies that have received LEMHWA, SAMHSA, SLCGP, or 911 surcharge funding can apply those funds directly to a Core911 subscription.
