Core911 — The Complete Platform for 911 Dispatch Centers
Core911 unifies every dimension of dispatcher workforce management — structured training, call quality review, CTO programs, personnel documentation, recognition, and compliance reporting — in a single platform built specifically for PSAPs.
Core911 helps PSAPs identify and apply for grant funding to procure the platform. Most agencies that have adopted Core911 have funded the subscription through one or more of the following programs: COPS LEMHWA (peer support and mental health wellness), SAMHSA MHAT (mental health awareness training), FEMA AFG Wellness & Fitness (behavioral health for emergency personnel), SLCGP (cybersecurity workforce readiness), 911 surcharge funds (training modernization and CTO documentation), and state workforce development grants.
The grants portal provides pre-filled agency language templates for each applicable grant program. These are not generic templates — they are written specifically for Core911's features and designed to map directly to the scoring criteria of each grant program. Agencies can download the language, customize it with their agency-specific data, and paste it directly into their application.
The Core911 team provides direct grant support for agencies in the application process. Submit a grant support request to receive help identifying applicable programs, preparing supporting documentation, and assembling the procurement justification language your grant officer needs.
