Core911 — The Complete Platform for 911 Dispatch Centers
Core911 unifies every dimension of dispatcher workforce management — structured training, call quality review, CTO programs, personnel documentation, recognition, and compliance reporting — in a single platform built specifically for PSAPs.
Emergency dispatchers have among the highest rates of PTSD, depression, and anxiety of any occupation. Research on emergency call-handlers has reported pooled prevalence estimates of PTSD at 17.8%, depression at 28.2%, and anxiety at 17.2%. Yet most PSAPs have no structured mechanism for delivering wellness support to their dispatchers at scale. Core911's wellness module changes that.
The Wellness Resources Tab gives dispatchers direct access to crisis lines, SAMHSA resources, the First Responder Support Network, and the agency's own peer support contacts — in the same platform where they do their daily training. The tab is never logged at the individual level. Supervisors see only aggregate trend data, never which dispatcher accessed which resource. That privacy architecture is a design requirement, not a policy choice.
The Critical Incident Flag lets supervisors document traumatic calls and initiate a private welfare check-in workflow. The flag is visible only to supervisors with appropriate access. The welfare check-in queue tracks which dispatchers have been contacted, when, and by whom — without recording the content of the conversation. This architecture supports PSAP peer support program documentation and LEMHWA grant applications.
