Core911 — The Complete Platform for 911 Dispatch Centers
Core911 unifies every dimension of dispatcher workforce management — structured training, call quality review, CTO programs, personnel documentation, recognition, and compliance reporting — in a single platform built specifically for PSAPs.
Core911 Voice Practice is a separate premium workspace for fictional 911-call, business-line, and radio communication simulations. Authorized staff define the caller context, opening line, approved facts, disclosure guidance, and exercise boundaries before previewing, publishing, assigning, or reviewing the practice exercise.
The module complements Scenario Builder rather than replacing it. Scenario Builder remains the structured branching-decision training tool; Voice Practice supports the questions, listening, and conversation management that dispatchers can rehearse in a controlled spoken exercise. A practice run begins only after an authorized person explicitly starts microphone transport.
Voice Practice is not a live CAD, NCIC, or radio-console integration, an audio-replay product, or an actual-call QA replacement. Simulation evidence and any controlled feedback remain separate from actual-call QA and official certification decisions.
