Core911 — The Complete Platform for 911 Dispatch Centers
Core911 unifies every dimension of dispatcher workforce management — structured training, call quality review, CTO programs, personnel documentation, recognition, and compliance reporting — in a single platform built specifically for PSAPs.
Core911's training arc is built around how dispatcher knowledge actually works. Training coordinators upload agency SOPs and protocol documents; the AI reads those documents and generates questions grounded in the agency's specific content — not generic emergency procedures. Questions are reviewed by a human before they go into the question bank. The training coordinator controls exactly what dispatchers are tested on.
Once the question bank is built, training modules are assembled and assigned with due dates. Dispatchers complete daily spaced-repetition drills — 5 to 10 questions per shift, drawn from the agency's own protocols, prioritizing material the dispatcher has missed or hasn't seen recently. The drill takes under five minutes and fits between calls. Supervisors see real-time completion data across the whole team, with knowledge gap clustering by topic, shift, and individual.
CE hours are tracked automatically as dispatchers complete training. External certifications — conference hours, NENA/APCO courses, ride-alongs — are submitted by dispatchers with supporting documentation, reviewed by supervisors, and rolled into the CE total. The compliance report exports in the format state certifying bodies require.
