Core911's Scenario Builder lets supervisors author branching call scenarios with decision trees — realistic simulations of the calls dispatchers actually handle. Scenarios can include multiple decision points, each with correct and incorrect response paths, consequence descriptions, and protocol references. The scenario is assigned to dispatchers with a due date, and completion is tracked in the same dashboard as training modules and daily drills.
Scenarios can be built from scratch or generated directly from QA review findings and Daily Observation Report competency gaps. When a QA evaluation identifies a recurring error pattern — a dispatcher consistently missing a specific pre-arrival instruction, for example — the supervisor can create a targeted scenario that addresses that exact gap and assign it to the affected dispatcher. The connection between QA findings and training assignments is direct and documented.
Completed scenario responses are stored in the dispatcher's training record alongside module completions and daily drill results.
