Core911 — The Complete Platform for 911 Dispatch Centers
Core911 unifies every dimension of dispatcher workforce management — structured training, call quality review, CTO programs, personnel documentation, recognition, and compliance reporting — in a single platform built specifically for PSAPs.
Core911 was founded by Ryan J. Stenson, an Emergency Communications Specialist with the Maine Department of Public Safety. Ryan has worked in 911 dispatch for over a decade and built Core911 to solve the problems he encountered firsthand: fragmented training records, inconsistent QA, CTO documentation that lived in binders, and wellness resources that dispatchers didn't trust because they weren't private.
The platform is built from the floor up for the PSAP environment. Every feature reflects the operational reality of a working dispatch center — not a generic HR platform adapted for public safety, not a corporate LMS with a first responder skin. The training module connects to agency-specific SOPs because that's what dispatcher training actually requires. The wellness module is anonymous by architecture because that's what the research on first responder stigma actually shows is necessary.
Core911 is currently in early access, with a small cohort of agencies using the platform and providing feedback that shapes the development roadmap. The early access program is designed for agencies that want to be part of building the platform, not just adopting it.
